How to install USB iSO Loader on the Wii
Custom Firmware & the Homebrew Channel

If you have a modchip in your Wii it's simple! If not Click Here to buy one from us ;-)
First you will need the following:
- a modded Wii console (with a system menu 3.2 or less). How to find your version Click Here
- an SD card or Micro SD with SD Adapter Click Here
- a compatible external USB Hard Drive Click Here or
- a compatible USB Flash Stick
Also you will need the following homebrew and custom firmware files:
- the homebrew channel beta 8 iso self booting disc (for your region console)
- cIOS36_rev9-Installer (or later version)
- USB Loader 1.1s Sorg mod (improved version) or USB-Loader_v1.1 (previous version)
- and if your Wii is not connect to a network: IOS36-64-v1042.wad (google search)

Step 1 - Downloading the Homebrew Channel and Creating Self-booting disc
- Go to the Homebrew Channel's download page and download
the_homebrew_channel-beta_8-iso for your region Wii console (eg.
Australia is EUR/PAL)

- Once you have downloaded the file extract it and you should see
this

- Then use a program like ImgBurn to write the installer.iso file
to disc

- Grab your SD card or MicroSD with SD Adapter and using your
computer or laptop create a folder on the root of the card called "apps"


- Next download USB Loader 1.1s Sorg mod (improved version) or USB-Loader_v1.1 (previous version) , cIOS36_rev9-Installer.zip and
if you don't have an internet connection for you Wii download
IOS36-64-v1042.wad (google search and you will find)
- Extract cIOS36_rev9-Installer.zip and it will look like this

- Rename the cIOS36_rev9-Installer.dol file to boot.dol

- Now copy the "cIOS36_rev9-Installer" folder into the "apps"
folder on the SD card

- Extract USB-Loader_v1.1.zip and it will look like this

- Now copy the "USB-Loader_v1.1" folder into the "apps" folder on
the SD card

- Last of all, if you don't have a network connection for your Wii
copy the IOS36-64-v1042.wad on to the root of your SD card and now it
should look like this
